READ FULLY AND COMPLETELY These vehicles are antiques, and their maintenance and care is a labor of love. Renter is responsible for all damages outside normal wear and tear. This vehicle may NOT be used for any racing event, contest of speed, cartage, livery functions, or commercial / for hire purposes. Only the authorized renter may operate this vehicle. No sub-letting is permitted. Lock and secure the vehicle when leaving it unattended. Do not modify any part of the vehicle or remove any part or equipment. ONLY USE FUEL WITH AN OCTANE RATING OF 91 or higher (e.g. Supreme). Return the vehicle with an equal amount of fuel as at the time of pick up. Non-compliance will result in a fuel charge of $7.50 per US gallon. Vehicles may NOT be washed or cleaned using automated tunnel washes. The vehicle could be damaged. On-road use only. Lost key fee is $60. No smoking, vaping, or smokeless tobacco use in the vehicle. Non-compliance will result in a $250 cleaning fee. In the event of a flat tire or other mechanical issue, contact us so that we may repair the vehicle (205-999-6407). These vehicles were manufactured and sold 25 (or more) years ago for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM). This means the vehicles do not meet US vehicle feature and safety standards in place at the time they were manufactured. Safety features, driving characteristics, and performance may be different that you expect. The renter is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the controls and operating performance of the vehicle to fully operate the vehicle within the traffic laws. Renter agrees to assume all risk for self and any passengers they provide access to. In the event of a collision or accident - with injuries: call 911 to request medical and police assistance.
